Mollysmission.love

Molly’s Mission was created in August 2022 to honor the life of Molly Lynn Reck.
Our lives were forever changed on August 17th, 2022, when Molly was involved in a car accident less than a mile from her home in Tyler, Texas. Out of much grief, her family and friends wanted to honor her in the same way that she lived her life, sharing love, encouraging others and being strong even in the most difficult times. Even though Molly has physically left us, our intention is to keep her light shining in this world through the goals of Molly’s Mission.

What does Molly's Mission do?
Molly’s Mission will be serving in the areas of Molly’s life where she was most passionate! We are establishing scholarship opportunities for Young Leaders at Camp iHope and for the youth of Central Baptist Church in Tyler, Texas. We will be helping Camp iHope obtain some essential items for their camp. We will also be providing opportunities on this website to connect with people who are struggling with a loss, dealing with life, and searching for something greater than this world offers.

Our Goals
Love on people because God loves us.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.”
John 3:16

“Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.”
1 John 4:7-8
Encourage people because God is faithful.

“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace.
In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33
Connect with people so they know they are not alone.

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you,
I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Isaiah 41:10

“He only is my rock and my salvation, My stronghold; I shall not be greatly shaken.”
Psalm 62:2
Strengthen people through the power that God renews us with each day.
23 “Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—
and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
Hebrews 10:23-24
